Willkommen bei Whatscop
Whatscop is a simple app for your Mac that can copy files from one folder to another folder. You can copy individual files from the
source to the target folder, but also all at once.
Whatscop creates identical folder from your Sourcefiles - with a few mouseclicks.
"Ha! There are already endless copy programs for the Mac," you will say now. That may be so, but I don't want
to just let the app disappear into oblivion.
Whatscop was written in Java 17 on Big Sur and the Java runtime is included with the app.
Whatscop runs on macOS High Sierra, it also runs on macOS Mojave, Big Sur and Monterey.
To start Whatscop, go into the terminal and enter
the following (yes, your Mac will ask you for your password):
sudo spctl --master-disable
Please read the german manual and proceed as described there.
sudo spctl --master-disable
Please read the german manual and proceed as described there.
Unfortunately, I cannot test it on later macOS versions than macOS Monetery. It may not work because Apple has built in the "great" notarization and apps without a developer certificate cannot (so easily) be started (thanks, Apple!!!).
And the best thing is: Whatscop is free!
